What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7 Days money-back guarantee on your first order for all Shared Hosting/Reseller Hosting Services. Subsequent orders do not qualify for a refund. Additionally, you must not violate any of our terms and in the Terms and conditions.
Shared / WordPress hosting, and reseller hosting are subject to a 7 day money-back guarantee.
Dedicated/Bare-Metal Servers, Cloud Servers, Virtual Private Servers(VPS), Domain Names, SSL Certificates, Setup fees, one-time fees, License fees, and add-ons are not subject to refund.
01. We provide a 30 Days credit back guarantee (7 Days refund Policy) on all Web Hosting packages with the following conditions:
02. Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for T&C violations.
03. Existing product upgrade or downgrade will not be refunded, user will be responsible for the action.
04. VPS/Dedicated Server/License cost Product will not refunded, if product delivered before requesting for cancellation.
05. Refunds are not granted on Domain Registration/Renewal/Transfer/Backup Restorations.
06. If You Ask For Refunds We Will Dedeuct 18% GST Because It Was Already Paid To Government.
07. If already have product and order new product then no refund can allow.
08. No refund will be made if our team not found any issue in your Hosting plan from our side.
09. No refund will be made if your Service(s) is suspended (due to Email Marketing/Email Abuse/Misuse of our service/Inappropriate/Illegal/Immoral/Account Over-use) or terminated.
10. Accounts will be terminated after 15 days after overdue
Fund / Credit Balance
01. No Refund after fund added to Hostmalabar wallet (Credit Balance).
02. Refund provided into Hostmalabar wallet is non-refundable.
All the Refunds will be sent through Cheque/DD/NEFT/RTGS/PAYPAL Only with valid identity proof. UPI/GPay/Phonepe are not available for refunds.
Refunds will take a maximum of 15 to 21 Days. Only one refund per customer is allowed.
International refunds are only through the source of payment which is used by the customer.

Terminated Account Backups are available for an extra Payment of Rs. 1180/- [Termination Date + 170 days] per account and Rs. 6000/- if the number of accounts is more than 5 in number.
