We would like to inform all our valued clients that we are currently experiencing a network disruption due to an undersea cable cut that has impacted internet connectivity in our region. This issue is affecting upstream connectivity at our data center, leading to intermittent access or degraded performance for some of our services.
Our technical team has promptly notified the data center, and they have confirmed the root cause as a major fiber cut in the ocean. Restoration efforts are underway by the concerned upstream providers, but due to the nature of the issue, it may take some time for full resolution.
In the meantime, we are actively working to mitigate the impact by switching our infrastructure to alternative internet connections. This process is being carried out in a phased manner to ensure service continuity and minimize downtime.
