We would like to inform you that a fire incident has been detected in our data center, affecting a few selected racks. As of now, no data loss or server downtime has been reported. However, the situation remains critical, and there is a potential risk to the affected area.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend all clients to take immediate backups of their servers and store them in a secure remote location to ensure the safety of your data.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to provide updates as we receive further information. Your cooperation and quick action in securing your backups will help mitigate any unforeseen risk.
