We have received the final report from the data recovery team regarding the failed VPS Node disk. Unfortunately, the data recovery procedure was completely unsuccessful due to severe disk damage and corruption. Despite extensive efforts by the recovery specialists, no usable data could be retrieved.
We deeply regret this outcome and understand the impact it may have on the affected customers.

As part of our recovery efforts following the VPS Node disk failure, we have successfully restored 7 VPS servers using the backups provided by customers. However, 4 VPS clients did not have backups, and their restoration process was unsuccessful.
Our team is still actively working to recover data from the failed disk in an attempt to restore the remaining VPS servers. We understand the critical nature of this situation and are doing everything possible to retrieve the lost data.

Following our recent announcement regarding the VPS Node disk failure, we regret to inform you that our data recovery efforts were unsuccessful. Despite our best attempts, the failed disk could not be restored.
To minimize downtime, we have set up a new VPS Node and successfully restored all 7 affected VPS servers using the backups provided by our customers. If you encounter any issues with your restored VPS, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

We regret to inform you that one of our VPS Node disks has failed, affecting eleven VPS servers. As a result, all these virtual machines are currently down. Our team is actively working on data recovery and restoration to bring the affected VPS instances back online as soon as possible.
We had already informed our customers to take proper backups, and we strongly recommend keeping regular backups to prevent data loss in such situations.
