On the early morning of September 2nd, 2024, our data center in Nuremberg experienced a disruption. Due to high temperatures and a storm, lightning struck the data center, damaging both the primary and secondary connections to our cooling system. As a result,
  • Some servers in Nuremberg were not reachable
  • Placing new orders was not possible
  • Our customer support was not able to receive or answer to tickets
  • Accessing the Customer Control Panel was unavailable
  • Object Storage in the EU was inaccessible
The cooling system is now restored, and we are working to bring all servers back online soon. We will continue to provide regular updates on our status page

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

We understand how frustrating this situation is, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it has caused.
