We regret to inform you that our Nuremberg data center has been fully down for over 40 hours, affecting more than 450 of our servers. Due to the data center's failure to respond to tickets, phone calls, and provide necessary support, we have decided to cease all business with them. We have already begun migrating all affected servers to our own hardware, with 20% of the migrations completed. If you would like to expedite the migration of your server, please contact us. Our technicians are actively working to resolve the issue, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
