To maintain the efficiency of our billing processes and ensure timely payments, we are implementing changes to our late fee payment policy, effective [25th January 2024]. The revised policy will now stipulate a minimum late fee of Rs. 200/- or 50% of the invoice amount, whichever is higher.
This adjustment has been deemed necessary due to the observed increase in delayed payments. We believe that this policy change will encourage timely settlements and allow us to continue providing you with the best possible service.
