windows Price Hiked

Dear Resellers,

Due to a hike in windows license and other infrastructural costs, we are forced to increase the Windows Hosting Prices wef 01/12/2015.  All the existing reseller can get their accounts renewed at old rate till 31/03/2016.

Existing resellers can renew the services at existing price till 31/03/2016.  
If you found the invoice is raised in New Price, you can contact our billing support to generate new invoice for the same.


One more reason behind the price hike is the overusages by Reseller.  It is seen that most of the customer account under your reseller account is Overusing and you are allowing that.  
So we are now strictly blocking such overusage accounts in our servers to get the optimum performace to other websites.


What a reseller should do ??
--------------------------------
1.  Create Service Plans within your available reources.
2.  Allocate each subscription with a Service Plan.  We dont allow "Custom" service plans.
3.  Sync all Service Plans.  We dont allow locking of subscriptions.
4.  Disable allowing of Overusage to your customers.
5.  Maximum Per Database size to be set 100MB and Database Log size to 200MB.
6.  Maximum Per Email Box size is 5 GB.

We suggest you to delete unwanted database and backup databases from the server to get more resources for your other customers.
