We have migrated all the accounts from win1.plreseller.com server to win4.plreseller.com server. We have already informed you to change the nameservers of your customer domains. It is seen that some domains are still using the old server. So please change the nameservers immediately.

We have already configured the private labelled nameservers, if the domain was managable by us. Otherwise you need to configure your nameservers with the above mentioned nameserver ips.
We will be blocking the old server (win1.plreseller.com) tomorrow evening. No access will be available to that server afterwards. However we have seperately copied the backup data for further restoration.
We have noticed lot of resellers not allocated valid service plan for your subscriptions. We strictly need each subscription to use a valid plan instead of "Custom" and synced. Otherwise we will create a plan under your reseller account and sync that account.
Notes When Creating service plans.

1. Webspace/Bandwidth/domains should be equally allocated.
2. Per Email Account size should be 5 GB Maximum.
3. Per Database size should be 100 MB and database log size should be 200 MB.

1. Overusage of accounts will get suspended automatically.
2. Unused accounts should be terminated.
3. unused Databases need to be deleted. Seen lot of database copies maintained by customers. As database take high resources, you need to strictly abide the terms.
